WHOLESALE AGREEMENT
This agreement must be made between retailer and Ash From Nash. Upon agreement and delivery, via web or in person, this becomes a legal and binding contract.
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We ask that you spend a minimum of $300 on your 1st order placed. Restock is a minimum of $150.
Certain Limited Custom Collections may be unavailable to Wholesale due to limited stock, prior contractual obligations, or Ash From Nash ‘s discretion. They will be excluded from discount at checkout and you will be charged full retail price.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Upon placing your order, an invoice will be emailed to you. We accept payments via credit card, Cash app, Venmo, Square, & Paypal.
Orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts. No orders will be processed until full payment is received. Orders may be canceled within 3 business days of the order placement.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time prior to purchase.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. The retailer incurs the shipping costs but Ash From Nash will insure packages with the carrier. We use USPS & UPS for shipping. If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Ash From Nash within 3 days of delivery.
Any problems must be reported in writing via email and retailer cannot return goods until he/she has received a written authorization. Goods sent back without one will not be credited back to you.
DISPLAYS
If you are in need of displays, there are several options within the same line sheet as products. They are not included in the cost of goods. A 3rd party is used to create displays and their fulfillment time may not be the same as our fulfillment time regarding your Ash From Nash Earring order. Order fulfillment of Displays can take 2-6 weeks.
DELIVERY WINDOW
The standerd order is processed within 10-15 business days from the time you have paid your invoice. Larger orders may require more time and will be communicated to the retailer if such is the case.
Delivery of orders are subject to UPS & USPS’s regular operation and delivery schedules. Ash From Nash is not responsible for any delays due to irregularities caused by USPS, UPS or their governing authority.
Due to high demand surrounding major holidays (i.e. Christmas, New Years, & Thanksgiving) all orders must be placed 15 Business days before the Holiday. We can’t guarantee on-time delivery if an order is submitted after the deadline.
Orders will be shipped unless otherwise agreed upon by Ash From Nash and the retailer. Local or in-person deliveries can be made upon request, within reason, by contacting Ash From Nash and setting an appointment or scheduling a delivery drop off. Local drop offs are done at the discretion of Ash From Nash.
3 MILE RADIUS CLAUSE
In order to guarantee that each retail location is provided with a competitive product, and to avoid

1 MILE RADIUS CLAUSE
In order to guarantee that each retail location is provided with a competitive product, and to avoid any surrounding establishments from infringing upon your business’s success in sales, Ash from Nash honors a 3 Mile Radius clause, where no business (in the same category as your’s) within a 3 mile radius of an already established retailer will have rights to sell the same Ash from Nash products as long as said retailer remains an active account with AFN. *Active accounts are retailers that are consistent with orders and restocking every 3-6 months. Bridal Boutiques adhere to a different radius than Clothing/gifting boutiques.
There are 2 distinct categories that this clause refers to; Our everyday retail lines (for clothing/gifting boutiques) and our Bridal Collection (for bridal boutiques). Establishments that carry the Bridal Collection do not adhere to the same radius and may overlap with establishments that carry AFN’s everyday styles. This is because these different types of boutiques attract different customers and are not in competition with one another. The two are not mutually exclusive, a business may choose to host more than one collection. If sole rights are requested to carry exclusively both collections in one 10 mile radius this must be agreed upon between said retailer and Ash From Nash.
For our process to maintain this 3 mile radius clause effectively, you will be categorized as either a Bridal Boutique or Retail Clothing/Gift Boutique. If your boutique carries at least 80% of bridal exclusive products, then your store will be considered a bridal boutique. If not then you will be categorized as a Retail Clothing/Gift Boutique.
RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made in writing directly to hello@ashfromnash.com within 7 days of the delivery date, quoting the invoice number and reason(s) for the return. No returns are acceptable without Ash From Nash’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged unless otherwise determined by Ash From Nash.
For any goods returned as “unsuitable” there is a restocking charge of 15%, plus shipping chargeable to the customer.
PRICING POLICY
Products or Goods purchased from Ash From Nash shall only be sold at the manufacture’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the retailer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the retailer shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond 15% discount by the retailer must be requested in writing to Ash From Nash and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon Placing your order, a welcome guide will be sent to you including images that will be available for marketing purposes. All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Ash From Nash. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law, and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Ash From Nash. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advanced, expressed written consent of Ash From Nash.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Ash From Nash. Ash From Nash does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products.
